Deep Research, Public APIs & Autonomous Meetings

Deep Research Reports - Generate comprehensive, multi-section research reports for any entity record. Auron's research agent plans, gathers data across signals, conversations, and contacts, then stitches it into a polished HTML report you can view in-app or download.

Public API & API Keys - Auron now exposes a public REST API with full OpenAPI documentation. Create and manage API keys directly from your profile settings, with key-based authentication supported across all endpoints — enabling external integrations and automation workflows.

Autonomous Meeting Bot - The meeting bot now features an AI-driven "subconscious brain" that runs alongside conversations — compacting history, analyzing intent, and enabling smarter responses. New capabilities include listen-only mode for silent observation, wake words for hands-free activation, active speaker tracking across Teams, Meet, and LiveKit, and improved turn detection with utterance debounce.

Signal Intelligence & Enrichment - Signals are now enriched with a range of aggregate query pipelines and composite MCP tools powering deeper pattern detection. Signal history is automatically injected into meeting and chat prompts, giving agents real-time context about account health and trends. The signals feed also gets a new FilterBuilder with confidence-level filtering.

Explore Agent - The Explore chat agent has been rebuilt with two-phase tool selection, runtime schema awareness, and ID resolution — dramatically reducing token usage while improving query accuracy across your organization's data.

AI Constitution, Generative UI & Platform Improvements

AI-Powered Agent Customisation - Agents can now be guided by an AI Constitution — a set of behavioural rules and personality traits that shape how they communicate.

Generative UI in Chat - Chat conversations just got a lot more expressive. Agents can now render rich, interactive UI blocks — including charts, tables, and structured data — directly inside the chat window. This brings data to life without leaving the conversation.

Meeting Intelligence & Reporting - Meeting bots gained Knowledge Store search, TTS status updates, and richer entity context. After a meeting wraps up, Auron can automatically generate a detailed PDF report summarising key moments, decisions, and action items. Telephony calls now support automatic entity identification from the caller's voice and conversation context.

Knowledge Stores & Navigation - Knowledge Stores can now display citation sources with an inline PDF viewer for full traceability. The sidebar was restructured for clearer navigation.

Analytics, Teams & Platform - Meetings and Chat were merged into a unified Activities view with new filters for entity, team, and time range. Teams can now be created and assigned to entity records for fine-grained access control. Live meetings stream updates via SSE, and a new post-meeting feedback system lets participants score sessions. SCIM provisioning support was introduced for enterprise user management.

SSO, Smarter Signals & Credit Tracking

Enterprise Authentication & Access Control - Single Sign-On support was added, giving teams a seamless and secure way to authenticate using their existing identity provider. The login, signup, and forgot password flows were also refined for improved accessibility and a cleaner feel. A waitlist page was introduced to manage onboarding for new users.

Richer Signals & Conversation Intelligence - Signals received a major upgrade — insights are now surfaced alongside signal feeds, and user avatars give activity a more human feel. Conversation scoring and feedback UI was introduced, letting teams rate and reflect on interactions directly in the platform. Chat flows became richer with starred messages and a more familiar conversation-style UX.

Credit & Usage Tracking - A new credit tracking system was introduced to monitor and deduct usage by source across the platform. This lays the groundwork for more transparent, plan-aware usage visibility for teams and administrators.

Dashboard & Navigation Polish - The dashboard received a overhaul with a refreshed heatmap layout, improved signal feed controls, and a redesigned sidebar and navigation. Meeting lists now sort correctly, and sidebar overflow behaviour was fixed for a more reliable experience.

Voice & AI Improvements - Additional voice options are now supported with an in-app preview, giving teams more control over how AI agents sound in meetings. The underlying AI models were updated to the latest versions, and telemetry was integrated across meeting pods for better observability.

Meetings, Custom Fields & Usage Visibility

Richer Meeting Experiences - AI-powered meeting bots can now transcribe speech accurately and handle audio more reliably during live sessions. Voice detection was sharpened to better identify when participants are speaking, and screen sharing controls were added to give teams more flexibility during meetings.

Custom Fields, Labels & Usage Visibility - Teams can now create their own custom fields on records, tailoring the platform to fit how their business works. Labels were introduced to make organising and filtering content faster. A new Billing & Usage page gives administrators a clear, real-time view of how the platform is being used against plan limits.

AI Agents & General Improvements - AI agents were updated to support the latest underlying models, keeping performance sharp. The ability to submit in-app feedback via email was added, and the platform's home experience was redesigned for a cleaner, more intuitive first impression.

Dashboards, Knowledge Store & Smarter Navigation

Smarter Insights Across Your Workspace - We introduced a new analytics layer that tracks meeting activity and user engagement, giving teams a clearer view of how the platform is being used. A new Entity Record Dashboard brings your most important business data into one place, making it easier to stay on top of what matters without switching between views.

Better Knowledge Management & Collaboration - Teams can now save documents directly into the Knowledge Store, with storage limits tied to your plan. Referencing records mid-conversation is now supported, so context stays connected as work happens. Agents are now reachable directly from the navigation breadcrumb, and in-app documentation and a feedback option are now accessible from the top of the screen.

Polished Interface & Reliability Improvements - A broad set of visual refinements improved how information is displayed across signals, settings, and record views. Behind the scenes, infrastructure and deployment processes were updated to improve stability and speed across the platform.
